Introduction to ADEI

American Distance Education Institute (ADEI) publishes four double-blind, peer reviewed academic journals focusing on the latest research in the field. The mission of ADEI is to create opportunities for both practitioners and scholars committed to sharing research, trends and best practices in their field.

The American Journal of Online Education welcomes articles in all areas of K-12 and college level teaching and administration which have an online or distance education component to it. Peer reviewed articles in this journal provide information on the latest findings in areas such as: effective distance education delivery systems, course and instructional design, faculty roles, administrative policies, and best practices.

The American Journal of Business Applications welcomes articles in all areas of business including: Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, and Human Resources. Both theoretical and applied manuscripts will be considered for publication in this journal. Peer reviewed articles in this journal provide information on the latest findings in areas such as: Business strategy, entrepreneurship, business ethics, organizational structure and culture, leadership, business cycles, pricing models, and risk management.

The American Journal of Teaching Practices is a cross-disciplinary journal that welcomes articles in all areas of K-12 and college level teaching. Peer reviewed articles in this journal provide information on the latest findings in areas such as: Innovative classroom techniques, best teaching practices, delivery methods, integrating technology in the classroom, processes/outcomes of teaching and learning, student retention methods and other best practices in the classroom.

The American Journal of Student Research welcomes articles from any undergraduate or graduate student currently enrolled in an institution of higher learning. The goal of this journal is to provide students with a platform to share their work with their peers and network with others in their field.
